Dell 4220 TEMP and LAMP Steady On, Power Blinking Amber

Dell 4220 projector is rarely used. I started using it after about 6 months of non use. After about one minute, TEMP and LAMP steady on, and Power blinking Amber.

The Lamp module was purchased new off eBay (a Dell brand), and used no more than 10 hours since March 2021.

By the troubleshooting guide, that means FAULT-DC Supply 12V. However, I'm plugged into the 120V PS, not the 12V. 

The projector is only on for about 1 minute before the TEMP lamp lights up and shuts down. The LAMP also goes on at the same time. 

Any help?
