Fan Probe Detects a Failure Alert

I'm looking for the part number to replace one of the fans in a Dell PE2650 showing a Red X in the Fan Probes Information list: ESM MB Fan3 RPM. It looks like the fan needs to be replaced but I'm having a hard time finding the part number.
