You probably would check if there is any bent pins or hardware cosmetic damages as the previous user found.
My suggestion would be the same the previous post. Try just 1 memory in A1, and check if the error pops. If none, then update the iDRAC/LCC and BIOS. Then install another memory into A2 and check for any issues. Then moving on to install all A1 to A4. Just to make sure, the server supports the memory which you have: https://dell.to/2Sem9js page 27.
