Networker Save session hung on NMC console

Hi All,

We have backup server with Version: Networker 7.5.2.Build.452 Enterprise Edition. 

There are lots of hung’s save session are there with more than 2 months and due to that no backup are running from the Backup server groups.

Even more frustrating is that when I am executing the backup from client server side , Backup are running fine. 

We have check the all the save session through ps-ef | grep command but there is no such save session is showing on the backup server.

Here we can not  restart the Backup core processes, hence looking the support from you guys if you have any other option to come out from this issue.
