Gjwl,

I suggest you upgrade to the current version of RepliStor. Version 6.2.x is very out of date. You did not mention what version of Windows you are using so please check Powerlink to make sure the latest version of RepliStor supports the version of Windows you are using. Also, make sure the RepliStor Data Directory in not running out of free space. You should also check to make sure no other process is accessing the files in the RepliStor Data Directory.

After upgrading, if you still have the issue I suggest you open a Support Case with EMC Support Services.

If this just started then it is probably some small change like a MS hot fix that caused it. The latest version of RS supports native x64 and Windows 2008 R2 and I would recommend you go with the x64 version of the OS and RS.

Just my 2 cents worth.

We are planning to upgrade the server and replistor in 2-3 months.  By the way, what is the latest version of replistor available?  Is it compatible with windows server 2008 64 bit?

The current version of replistor is running on windows server 2003 and it's been up and running since 2007.  Only started acting weird this past tuesday.  Space is not an issue and can't imagine what is accessing the replistor data directory other than replistor.   Previously, we did get blocking errors or file cannot be access or communication error with target server.  I am guessing these errors are normal and happens once in a while due to network connectivity.
