You won't find a selection for consistency method for the snap since it is a snap of a clone. The clone itself will be configured for the consistency method since it is a replica of host devices, but the snap is using the clone as it's source so there is not an associated host/application to quiesce for volume consistency.

but it seems to inherit the same consistency method that was used for the clone. I've got an oracle database residing on 11 luns. I cloned the database using consistent split at the array level, then snapped the clone and the snap shot fails due to error of too many luns for consistent split.
If I refresh that clone and change it to not use array consistent split, but use online with hotbackup mode instead. Then the snap shot is successful.
