I had an old NS80 that was supposedly decommed from EMC ESRS system but when i look in ESRS Configuration Tool (2.16) it's still listed there. I did hit Remove and then Request Update before my SAM supposedly had it removed. How do i purge it from the Configuration Tool ? Thanks

How does the ESRS gateway communicate to the Symmetrix? Is it through the Service Processor IP or does it use Control Center or a server proxy running Solutions Enabler? What if we dont have IP connectivity to the SPs on our Symm? Will it require us to assign IPs to the SPs? Thanks
