We have a new installation of esrs and we have not added any device yet. The problem is I am able to enter device information through Devices -> Add, but then, the added device just gets stuck with "pending add" on the Device status @emc field, and "Loading" for the Set Device Status.

For example.. I tried to add a Datadomain DD4500 storage, it allows me to add it, but it gets stuck with this under Managed Devices screen:

IP Address:

Device Status @EMC: pending add

Set Device Status: Loading

Deployment Status: blank

Last Known connectivity Status: blank

Actions ("i" information button, and when I click, it, it displays the same Managed Device info, and there's a Connected: which means connected)
