Hello,

We have a strange issue. I cannot putty into the production Avamar Utility node from the ESRS gateway server. I have tested putty and can successfully ssh to other hosts(non avamar), on the same network as the Avamar Utility node. We can putty to other hosts via ESRS and  it works. What makes the Avamar host different so to speak in this case? Here is the error we are getting.
