Hello

We have SourceOne installed with EmailXtender connected in one of our environments. During one day we found that the service was broken from unkonwn reason. I checked windows and EMC logs on SourceOne's side and found nothing uncommon, except of few errors relative to running jobs.

But on EmailXtender's side I found the following errors, I'm wondering if it may be relative to service break or not. Can anyone provide me any information about the error?
