EmailXtender Error (SRVCMD_READ_BLOB_VIA_MSGID)
Hello
We have SourceOne installed with EmailXtender connected in one of our environments. During one day we found that the service was broken from unkonwn reason. I checked windows and EMC logs on SourceOne's side and found nothing uncommon, except of few errors relative to running jobs.
But on EmailXtender's side I found the following errors, I'm wondering if it may be relative to service break or not. Can anyone provide me any information about the error?

Hi Pavel,
The service that crashed was it ExQuery.exe (LEGATO EmailXtender Query Service) ?
Did you also see error messages similar to the ones below?
Event Type: Error
Event Source: EmailXtender
Event Category: Query
Event ID: 0
Date:
Time:
If not then can you please confirm if you have EX to SourceOne migration going on ?

YES, we have IPM Migration going on in our environment .
Can you let me know hot to fix this issue ... as most of the messages are getting failed to export from EX Search
