EmailXtender Outlook add-in and SourceOne
I have tested and it works to open archived mail in SourceOne with EmailXtender Shortcut addin. Does anyone knows if this is supported by EMC. We have problems to implement SourceOne Offine access to all our clients and we have EmailXtender shortcut already installed.

EmailXtender Shortcut Add-in supported by EmailXtender server. If emails were shortcutted by EX then chances are that is why they continue to be resolved even today.
Shortcut Add-in is not supported with the emails that are shortcut by SourceOne. You can choose to only use universal URL (UURL) which does not need any plug-in. Please refer to compatibility guide for more details on the SourceOne email management pieces.
I am not sure about the kind of issues you are facing with offline access rollout may be it is worthwhile to discuss those in another thread. May be others can add their experiences and feedback. If you want offline access to work as shortcut add-in only then simply set the policy to not to cache anything.
