EmailXtender server skips messages in Lotus Notes
The version of EmailXtender is 4.81.409.
The version of Notes is 6.5.4
There are two locations. Each has a Notes server and each has an EmailXtender server. The EmailXtender server at location A can shortcut messages at both locations. The EmailXtender server at location B successfully shortcuts during simulation mode but skips all messages during an actual run.
Both servers are set up exactly the same way except:
The notes.ini file on Server B has been modified to allow for multiple server operation. The NAB has an entry for s shortcut user with the "Miscellaneous" tab containing info for pointing to the server at location B.
How can I troubleshoot this issue deeper to see why the messages are being skipped when shortcutting from EmailXtender Server B, but i successful when shortcuttin the exact same parameters from EmailXtender server A?
