EmailXtract skip mailbox during archiving
Running an archiving job using the EmaiXtract, one mailbox is skipped. It is not even in the log, and no message is archived from it. Nothing special with the mailbox, there are many similar on the system without any problem. It is somehow not recognized. It is used as a departmental mailbox, eg. office@corp.com.
It is an Exchange environment and EX 4.81.
It there anything to do is such case?

Can you open the mailbox in Outlook from the EX Console logged in as the Service Account?

Try a specific task against this mailbox and see what happens

Tried it, it is skipped. There are more similar named mailboxes.
The names are the following.
corp country department (this is the mailbox)
corp country department director
corp country department office
corp country deparment 2ndoffice
The mailboxes names are similar and relatively long, can this cause the problem?
Some mailboxes are stated as (NonUser Mailbox), but not the problematic one.

The mailbox is disabled, because it is shared among more user, and visible in the GAL.

Sounds like you will need to open a Support Request for this one
