Error to open shortcuted messages on Domino Web Access
Hi,
When I try to open messages that it was archived and shortcuted on Domino Web Access in the browser, the next text box is displayed:
exnotesshortcut
Failed to open C:\DOCUME~1\...\Temp\Domino Web Access\NotesXtract16.nex
The pluging was installed correctly in the same machine what I try to open by web the messages. If I open the Lotus Domino Mail I can open the messages with attach that it was shortcuted. Only with the Domino Web Access have the problem.
I type the emailxtender server and the domino server in the trusted server in configuration in browser.
Environment
EmailXtender 4.81.409
Lotus Domino 6.5

It came down to two configuration problems:
1. Misc. tab of person doc incorrectly set. Needed to point to Ex server, not
Domino server.
2. IIS was locked down. It has been opened and shortcuts resolve.
