Exchange 2007 SP1 with EmailXtender
After Installing the "Exchange 2007 SP1 with EmailXtender"
on the Exchnage server we have to change the "ExExchangeMailBox.exe" in the EmailXtender server
"\Program Files\OTG\EmailXtender\bin\ExExchangeMailBox.exe" after doing this Journaling in not Archiving the Japanese language emails. It was working fine with the old "ExExchangeMailBox.exe". Is there a solution for ths?
I have installed the language pack also.

I am not aware of such issue, if there is such issue please speak to EMC EmailXtender support engineer. There could be something else that could be giving your grief. If you will be able to supply support with the sample messages which do not get processed they will be happy to process those in house to let you know if they can or cannot. Depending upon the results you and support engineer can discuss the action plan moving forward.
