Reply email on the blackberry
Hi,
We have emailxtender 4.81 sp1 archiving system . It works mail journal on the Exchange server 2003 sp2. All mail users use exchange mailbox, not use pst. We have some problems with the blackberry clients . The blackberry was received a email from outside or inside networks. The blackberry received repeat same email from original sender as soon as user was replying that email on the blackberry.
Also I was working schortcut job on the emailxtender. The blackberry receive again all shortcutting emails.
Can you give me information about this problems?

I am not sure if I understaning your question completely,
Are you trying to say that a user whos mailbox you are shortcutting had same emails twice in his mailbox while he was checking it through blackberry?
To my understaning EX most of the time do not conflict with BB, idealistic is to shortcut only the attachments and keep the body of message intact for users who use BB devices. This way they can still see the message body without trying to resolve shortcuts.
But still it does not explain why messages in the mailbox will appear twice. BB will try to sync back after the shortcut job runs because emails are not full emails any more. But in that case I would expect BB to show you exactly what users mailbox look like.
Please check users mailbox to see if its showing all items twice or only the shortcut items. If its only shortcut items sync your BB and see if that resolves the issue.

I have checked to the mailbox, the emails not appear to twice in who use BB device. I shortcut only the attachments and keep the body of message.
Shortcut settings is uncheck "Remove message body"
Probably, the problem has relation with BB system

Should you find it hard to troubleshoot, please open a support request with EmailXtender Support team they might be able to help you at least to let you know if its due to EX or something else.
