Searching for past searches

Question

As with most organizations, searches are performed, periodically for investigative reasons. Is there a way to see what items were searched for in the past? - for instance, what an administrator has searched? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If EmailXtender Audit Reports is enabled then you may be able to obtain the data you're looking for.

On the EX Server:

Start > Programs > EmailXtender Audit Reports

File > Open > Messages accessed by a user

Find the Admin in question and run the report.

Thanks.  I found it - actually pretty easy to run - took me a bit to figure out what the report was telling me, but I figured it out. Thanks
