shortcutting stuck waiting for resource
My shortcutting jobs are stuck with a display of "waiting for resource". I don't see any errors in the event logs. My retrieval of shortcutted messages is still working. Any ideas what resource it is waiting on or how I can get these jobs to run.

What do you see as the status of the workers ? Are they Available, Working, Offline, suspended or unresponsive ?
If its coming up as working then the possibility is that maximum resources allowed for particular job types is already occupied and the jobs you have created are in the queue. When resources will be released by other jobs then jobs in the queue will be picked up.
Please also check by any chance when you were looking at the system, if backups were in progress. Backups also suspends the workers and they will be resumed when backup finishes.
