SourceOne Email Management for Lotus Domino
Hi,
I have to configure ES1 for Lotus Domino running on AIX machine. I am using ES1 6.6 and will archive data to Centera. Here is client a scenario:
1. Lotus Domino is running on AIX and placed in DMZ. This Domino server has its own directory and is not integrated with Microsoft Active Directory.
2. I will install ES1 (all services) on a machine running Windows 2008 which is part of AD domain.
3. I will install SQL 2008 on machine running Windows 2008 which is part of AD Domain.
4. I will make a security group, Admin group and ES1 admin account in AD and will make this account local admin of both ES1 machine and SQL machine.
5. Now come to Domino, what will I do here as it doesn't know the AD and its users and groups. Nor I can integrate it with AD. Please guide me about the Domino configuration in this scenario. Is AD required for Domino? If anybody explain then I will be highly grateful.
Regards,
Atif
