User does not Validate in OWA Shortcut Support installation
I am installing the OWA Shortcut Support on a 2 node Exchange cluster with a domain admin account. When the validation of the user is attempted on the "User Account Configuration" page, an error occurs described below.

This error occurs on the EX service account and a user account that is a member of the domain admins but it does not occur on the administrator account. So what can we do to resolve this problem?
