if you need create another bound, you need execute a dpnnetutil and create a secondary bound a configure another IP.
on data domain, you need configure a ifgroups to receive backup using the new IP on Avamar.
but I think if it is not necessary to create another link to separate the traffic in avamar to the data domain, the data domain and Avamar use ddboost, then in a backup the client sends data directly to the data domain without going through Avamar, Avamar is only used then to receive metadata. this if all the backups are directed to the Data Domain.
