4550 CD-R/RW
Having problem with my cd-r/rw driver, it will not close, i run the troubleshoot and it say that it's working properly, everytime i close it it open back immediately, can this be resolve or do i need to get a new cd-r/rw drive???

Hi Ilandman,
Lets start will a driver issue; click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 15, article 1; Section 20, article 3; Section 11, article 2; Section 12, articles 2 & 3.
I would also suggest you jump over to the Special Interest-Virus/Spyware conference and scan your system for these programs.
