700M DVD+RW question

Question

Hey, I'm very confused. just got my second 700m yesterday. this one i ordered with dvd burner. when i order i'm pretty sure i saw DVD+/-RW with DL. but the packing list shows DVD+RW (no 'minus') and no where mentioned DL. I see some user's profiles show dvd+/-RW. Did Dell changed offering from dual format to just '+'?   thanks for any info

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the only format offered in Dell is th DVD/R+.

I believe Dell is putting NEC ND-6200A, which only supports DVD+ media. There is new one, ND-6500A, which handles both DVD+/-. Here is the link to newegg, which is the only place I can find selling this drive so far.   http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=27-152-028&depa=0   My 700M is getting delivered today, and it does not have DVD writer. I am giving a serious thought about getting this drive.
