blue screen system error

Question

Last night for the second time in a couple weeks I received the blue screen error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL In my ameteur investigation, I am assuming that there is a driver problem.  I have not installed any new drivers since receiving the computer.  Not sure how to correct this, so if anyone can help with a solution that would be great before I have to call 1-800-stayonthelineforever.  I am not a computer 'know it all' so it has to be simple! DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is only part of the error message. You need to post the whole thing. Spelling is important.
