boot mgr missing,,HELP!!!!!!!!!
Hi there,,got a second hand dell latitude d820,,harddrive has been formatted,,boots saying bootmgr is missing please restart etc,,tried to install xp-pro but after windows srartup i get blue screen with

got no recovery discs or anything,,just my xp-pro disc,,,can anybody help !!!!!!!!!!!

SORTED!!!!
any dell installation disc sorts it so u can put os and drivers back in,,,,,,yeeeehaaaa
