Can I make external hard disk bootable
Hi All,
I have got a external transend usb 320gb hard disk .
can i make this disk bootable if yes
Please guide me on this step by step
about my system it has been assembled from local store running window xp sp2.

Hi Singhisking,
It depends on the BIOS. Some support booting from any USB device, some will only boot from a USB optical drive or flash drive. So there is no single answer for all systems. What you should do is contact tech support for your motherboard manufacturer to see what they say your board will support.
