can not boot from ssd

Hello, i have Inspiron 15 5567 i removed CD-ROM installed genuine ssd caddy everything works fine pc detects ssd i try to reinstall windows and ssd drive do not appear in boot meniu and i can not install windows because i cant boot from that ssd, any ideas?

i tried to:

clean ssd with cmd before windows install

disabled hdd  ( then it says no boot device found) 

changed sata operations to ACHI
