Cannot see CD/DVD ROM Drive throught windows
Hi,
I am not able to see my CD/DVD Drive through Windows explorer nor DOS.
If i go to Device Manager and check Device status it says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
I tried uninstal / reinstall of Driver.
But still not fixed.
Will really apprecaite if anybody could help me fix this problem.
Thnx
Ajay

Ajay,
Can you supply a little more information on the PC, OS you are running along with the name of the CD/DVD drive you are having problems with?
Also, was the drive ever working and if so what was recently performed on the PC?
Knowing this will help.
