Cannot Setup RAID 0 on Dimension E520

I am trying to setup a RAID 0 on a Dimension E520. The computer came with a Seagate 160G SATA II drive (ST3160812AS). I purchased another Seagate 160G SATA II drive for the RAID 0. Using the CTRL-I to enter the Matrix RAID Utility, I only get the option to use RAID 1. I cannot switch this to RAID 0. I do not see anything in the BIOS preventing this, the drives are identical, and my drivers and software are all up to date. Even when using the Intel(R) Matrix Storage Console in Windows, I can only create a RAID 1, The RAID 0 option is not there. Why can't I use a RAID 0 on my Dimension E520
