Can't access partition

I bought partition manager for my dell computer because my restore partition seemed to disappear. I checked my disk and saw that the restore partition is still there, however I cannot access it by pressing Ctrl+F11. Is there anyway to fix this and be able to access the restore partition with Ctrl+F11
