Can't retrieve file
Here is my problem. I worked in my Microsoft Money 2004 edition, I inputed a lot of information, exited the system, and now when I go back to retrieve my info, it is not accessible. I receive a pop-up that says that it is in this spot: C:\Documents & Settings\Steven\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content IES\054NCFW7\My Money 2. And I can't seem to find this file anywhere. When I start at my C: file, I can find my Doc & Sett, and the Steven file, but I cannot find a Local Settings file. Is there anyway that I can locate and open this file, or am I just out of luck and will have to re-enter all of that information? Thank you for your help.

The folder 'Local Settings' (and folders inside it) are hidden from view by default to prevent people from accidentally deleting it. You need to 'unhide' it as follows:
1. Control Panel (change view to 'Classic View')
2. double-click 'Folder Options'
3. click the 'View' tab.
4.Where it says 'Hidden Files and Folders, click the button "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
5. Click 'OK' to save the new setting.
You should now be able to see those folders and files.
