can't write powerpoint to cd???

I just "packaged" a Powerpoint presentation to burn to a cd-rw.  It says there are files ready to be written but everytime I put in my cd rw dic and go to write to cd it says there is no cd in the drive and THERE IS!  This can be so frustrating! Can anyone help?

Please provide the model of your sysatem and drive. Are you using the Windows CD burning wizard? If you want to use that, you must make sure DLA is disabled. And please post the type of CD-RW you are using.

Dell Dimension 8300 and the wizard tell me to use drive "e" (which I do)  I am using a Memorex CD-RW High Speed (is that okay?)
How do you disable DLA??

Okay, I disabled the DLA feature on this drive but when I go to write the files to the CD it says there is no disc in the drive.  Somebody just shoot me:smileyhappy:

Do you have anything other than Memorex CD-RW discs that you can try?
