cd burner
I am all of a sudden unable to burn music cds using my E310. Using Real Player or Media Player - am able to convert all songs - when the disc starts to burn it gets through 4 or 5 songs then closes the disc. Anyone have any help? I went through Dell Support and they had me restore my system (did not work) restore my pc (did not work) and re-install HL-DT-ST CD DVD+RW GWA 4164B Driver and it did not work............out of options and need my tunes! If I need to include other info - please let me know!

Hi NBsMomster,
A few Members have had some luck with Dell`s firmware updates and even one or two mentioned upgrading to Nero solved their problem.
Here is the Dell firmware:
E113
As for Nero, there is I believe a trail version, not sure if this will help but I figured I would mention it anyway.
