CD & DVD drives unrecognized
I recently went thru a big mess where I had a few viruses cleaned off my computer (thought it was the sasser virus, but it wasn't). Anywho, now the only drives that come up on the "My Computer" menu are the 'C' and 'A' drives - I no longer have access to 'D' (CD drive) or 'E' (DVD drive). I'd like to reinstall them on my computer, but only have CDs to do so......yeah. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Gvsugirl,
Click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 11, articles 2 & 1; Section 20, article 3; Section 100, article 31.
Hopefully one of these will correct the problem.
