CD-ROM problems w/ XPS 400
I can play Audio CD's & DVD's, but when a CD-ROM is put in my drive, nothing...............
Could this be a simple fix or is it possibly a bad drive? I bought this system 3months ago.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi JJ,
Please list the name/model of the drive in question, as George mentioned Dell may have a firmware update and someone can check for you. Are there any error messages in Device Manager?
Best Regards!
