Crash file requires update
My computer got frozen with a loud noise (like a fan noise), and black screen. I tried running Dell Crash Analysis Tool with the results:
Crash Analysis Tool Scan ResultsCategory: Application DriversDriverManufacturerVersiontfsnifs.sysTFS Technology.1.04.08a
Matches listed above may require a driver or application update. Go to
support.dell.com or
Windows Update to download available updates.
I'd like to get the above file located. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

Thanks for your replies.
I have an external DVD Pioneer burner hooked up with the system via USP port.
I remembered that when I clicked on the USB Safety Remove Hardware from the tray bar, it let me go safely to disconnect this port but when I turn off power from my external DVD burner, I got the noise and pc frozen. That noise was not from the DVD burner because it was off completely and might be from the graphic card fan. I looked inside the unit and saw that fan only (no cooler fan for processor in this unit). No new software just installed, and this external DVD burner has been worked perfectly before this happened.
Do you know about the file tfsnifs.sys above and how to locate it for update?

From other forum I just found more information about "tfsnifs.sys", the problem I posted here . It's called BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) and caused by DLA (Sonic's Drive Letter Access) which was preinstalled by Dell. The resolution is to disable Sonic's DLA or uninstall this part of software from your computer.
All the best!
