d and e drives not working??

​ My d and e drives are not working. It said they where installed but not working giving me an error code of 41. I uninstalled them. I have know idea where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Frank ​

Try this Dell Article Registry edit.  It doesn't specify code 41 but it will correct the
problem 99% of the time ...........

Thank you!! That did it.....It was a little different from what was on the directions...I didnt have the lower filters but it worked!...Thanks again! Frank
