Dell Chat

I used Dell chat for the first time.  I was inquiring about getting the recovery CD for my brand new Inspiron E1505.  It only took 5 minutes of waiting to get connected with the guy.  His name was Shinjan and he quickly did what he had to do to get the recovery CD's shipped to my home.  He was polite, knowledgable and competant.  I was very satisfied with the service and recc to anyone needing help from Dell.

If you aren't in a hurry the email tech support works well too, as long as you are descriptive.

Just to follow up.  The complete set of drivers arrived today.  I'm impressed.

Unfortunately the email option is apparently only available if your computer is still under warranty, at the following link
