Dell Latitude E6410 .. Error 2000-0150!

the hard drive wasn't detected? hmmm

1.   To detect a hard drive

1. turn off and turn on the computer

2. once you see dell logo press f12

3. once you see the BIOS go to boot options and select the appropriate hard drive

4. press esc then press y to save changes

5. hope it works

2.   If that doesn't work then format the hard drive

1. repeat 1

2. repeat 2

3. once you see the BIOS go to the boot options and select the cd drive as the first boot option

4. put in the windows cd in the cd drive

5. format the hard drive while Microsoft windows asks you to select the hard drive that you want to install

6. let it install

7. once it loads install all the drivers that came with your dell disk

8. hope it works

3.   If that doesn't work then replace the hard drive

1. turn off the computer and take off the power cord

2. hold the power button for 15 seconds

3. open the computer case

4. remove the power cable and the SATA cable

5. Install the new hard drive and throw your old one in the garbage

6. plug the power cod back in your computer

7. repeat 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 on "if that doesn't work then format the hard drive"

Nothing worked..
But the data on my hard drive is so important and i don't wanna lose it!
IS there's a solution to keep the data??

There may be but you now face an expensive choice -- if you need the data and the system won't recognize the drive, you'll need to decide whether to hire a data recovery service to recover the data.  The cost will start at a minimum of several hundred dollars - and could be well over $1,000 if clean-room work is needed.

If the data is worth recovery, you'll need to make that decision.  One very reputable, relatively low-cost recovery service is Gillware (www.gillware.com) -- that's likely your best option for keeping the cost as low as possible while still maximizing your chances of recovery.

Hi, I have the same issue with ( Error 2000-0150 diagnostic tools ) my Laptop dell e6410 that won't detect my HDD

I checked my HDD in an other laptop and is working fine
so I tried to update firmware to A15 but I still have the same issue

any idea to fixe it ?

Try connecting the other system's drive to your Latitude.  If it too doesn't show up, there's a mainboard problem -- the mainboard will need to be replaced.

It all started in the same my harddisk is shown in bios but when i run diagonistic it shows the harddisk error  pls help when i try to reboot too harddisk is shown 0byte  and sometimes different error is shown as in the pic pls help
