Dell Support
Has anyone else out there come to the realization that the vaunted Dell support is just another line of bull! Every time I call these clowns the advice is always to reinstall the O/S. If I had done it as many times as I have been told, the disk would be worn out. I even had one of these jerks send me a new burner when I told him the problem was a missing file. Guess what...it didn't need a new burner and the fourth guy I talked to solved the problem with a dskscn/r. Right now I have that piece of trash Roxio burner on my HD and it won't uninstall. I followed one guy's advice and downloaded a patch (these guys must be related to Microsoft!!) to permit me to carry out the operation. Did so. No different. Another guy gave me the usual reinstall the O/S line. Sorry Dell, but you get added to my list of companies that give you a pocketful of 'I promise you" and nothing else.

Hi Powell,
I am sorry to hear about the issues you have had with Dell Support. The majority of us here are Users, so not much we can do.
There is a program Roxio has to uninstall their software that might help and it is free.
Take a look at it here:
Roxio Zap
Best Regards
