Dell Vostro 1700 SATA Interface

Hi Folks,
 
I have a couple of questions -
 
1. Is the SATA interface on the Vostro 1700 SATA-150 or SATA-300?
 
2. I am considering upgrading mine with a either of -
 
 a.Hitachi TravelStar 7K200 (100GB, 7200RPM, SATA-150)
 b.Fujitsu  MHW2160BJ (160GB, 7200rpm, SATA-300)
 c.Seagate Momentus ST9200420AS (200GB, 7200RPM, SATA-300)
 
Any thoughts or advice?

It is Sata-150 but Sata-300 compatible.
 
 
for more details.
 
The Hitachi disk is the fastest available, the Seagate -if you take the ASG version- the safer choice.
Remember 200Gig is a lot of data to loose....
