Device Drivers Completely DISAPPEARED!

Question

I have an Inspiron E1505, and last week, I noticed no sound coming from my computer..... I tried to connect my camera to upload my photos also, and nothing was working..... I went into the system, then hardware, and into my device drivers..... AND....... NOTHING.... its blank..... nothing is being recognized, and I have already re installed my drivers disc, but again.......NOTHING.......

PLEASE help me!!

How new is this laptop and do you have an antivirus software??

Click start-run and type in msconfig and click ok. Click on the services tab and check if plug and play is unchecked. If it is, check it. You can also try by clicking on start-run and typing services.msc and clicking on ok. If that doesn't work, try msconfig again and uncheck all programs from startup except your antivirus and restart the computer.
