Disk upgrade for Latitude CS

I'd like to upgrade the 6GB drive in my Latitude CS (running Windows 2000) to something more useful. Can anyone tell me what is the maximum size drive I can use? I would like to install a 30GB if possible. Also do I need to upgrade the BIOS or do anything else for this potential upgrade? Final question, is there a particular type of Travelstar that must be fitted? I've noticed that the pin connector on my friend's Latitude CPi Travelstar drive is completely different to that on my existing Travelstar drive.
