downloading scanner
I have tried and tried to reinstall my scanner with no success. The computer tells me it doens't recognise it. I am told its installed correctly but when i went into the control panel to check for it......its not there along with our camera.
Anyone know why this is happening and how I can get my computer to recognise it.....

Oops sorry I posted it in the wrong section............
My scanner is HP Scanjet 4200C... It is connected to a USB Port(and yes I have unplugged it and replugged it in, many times)
