Error message when CD is inserted

Question

When I insert a new blank CD, I get the message 'D;/is not accessible. Incorrect function.' Any idea what this means and how I can correct it? Thanks

According to the information that I was given, I'm supposed to update my Roxio CD Creator to resolve this problem. I decided to uninstall it entirely, but after re-starting the computer, I'm still getting the same message. Anything else I can try?

I deleted my Upper Filters and Lower Filters as instructed, restarted my computer and the same error message still appears.
