According to the information that I was given, I'm supposed to update my Roxio CD Creator to resolve this problem. I decided to uninstall it entirely, but after re-starting the computer, I'm still getting the same message. Anything else I can try?
Run the Dell article on the Upper & Lower Filters, same CD/RW link, Section 12, article 10.

Same CD/RW link, review Section 47 and make sure you have completely removed Roxio`s software, a "Clean" uninstall. Now reinstall Roxio and jump over to their site and apply the latest available update for your version and see if this helps.
