Event ID 51; Harddisk

Hi, I got this warning and a blinking yellow led on a poweredge server;

Event; Type warning
Event ID; 51
'An error was detectedon device /device/harddisk0/DR0 during a paging operation'

Somebody have more information about this warning and how to solve the problem before it crash?
