Fixed drive partitions?
Please help me understand partitions. Apparently, I have three partitions on my fixed drive?
47 MB FAT Healthy (EISA Config)
(C:) 69.80 GB NTFS Healthy (System)
4.64 GB FAT 32 Healthy Unknown Partition
What goes on with them and how did they get there?

Hi Littleneil,
There is a utility partition containing the Dell diagnostics and, for most operating systems, a partition used to restore the factory hard drive image. Both are installed at the factory.

The EISA partition is the utility partition with the diagnostics.
The restore process runs automatically, so you don't need to know which one is the restore partition. Here is the procedure.
