Freezing up 9300

Hi, my 9300, after being online tends to freeze up, windows that are one on top of the other go, leaving the contents of another visible, the system freezes and stops responding or does it really slowly, hard to turn off, except pressing the power button, it's only a week old what's wrong please help.
