Getting my HDD password (Help!)
i need help getting my hdd password, how can i claim it? it says its not locked but when i turn on my computer it says how i need the hdd password, help!

Usually harddrive passwords aren't recoverable (in other words; without the password you will never be able to use the harddrive).
However, to be sure you'd want to post your system specifications? Usually harddrive passwords mean you have a laptop, so which model laptop do you have?

If you are the owner of the dell and you have your order number etc you can call customer service and they can give you a bypass password that
is specific to your dell.
