Hard Drive Errors....help!
Hiya,
i have been getting a ton of error messages relating to my hard drive. When they occur, my computer goes very very slow, you cant really do anything on it. These errors are random and occur frequently, sometimes days apart. Is something wrong with my hard drive? I had also disabled the write cache for my hard drive just in case that was the problem. any help appreciated! Here are the error codes:
these error codes below occured around roughly 10 times in total around the same time:
**Error 1:

Explanation
Windows could not save data from memory to a disk because of problems with network connections or with hardware. The data has been lost.

**Error 4:
The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur.
Explanation
NTFS could not write data to the transaction log. This could affect the ability of NTFS to stop or roll back the operations for which the transaction data could not be written. NTFS could not write data because of one or more of the following reasons:
I/O requests issued by the file system to the disk subsystem might not have been completed successfully.
Thanks,
Ash
